  我最近兩日開工寫有關張光旭主教兩度訪英的事跡；同時亦繼續努力尋找相關史料。剛好讓我找到這一份講章，希望可以靠inter-library loan看得到 〔實際上是請圖書館員請對方圖書館員影印之後，寄來〕。

  我的文章的一個重點，是研究華人教會領袖在上世紀上半葉對英國教會的影響。我有信心自己在這一（相當微小的）方面，開了史學界的先河。
